Driven pan European cost reductions negotiations with a dual focus to increase office environment productivity in Catering, Facility Management , Cleaning, Office supplies, Security, Temporary Labor, Sustainability, IP-rights. Co supported the start up of the corporate energy saving program with aim to save 15% of energy. November 2004 - October 2006Richard Noren built up and established the global manufacturing footprint plan as part of a small task force under the CEO.
